DMT Wellness

Lombard's Premiere Wellness Clinic

About Us

Living life to its fullest requires a healthy, pain free body. Whether from work, play or both our bodies can develop painful patterns of muscular imbalance and tension. The pain and fatigue from these patterns can slow us down and keep us from enjoying the fullness of our amazing lives. At DMT Wellness, we are here to help you heal your body and enjoy your life!

DMT Wellness is located in Lombard, a western suburb of Chicago. We specialize in practical and effective treatment for athletes, injury rehabilitation, and the bodily stresses that come from working at a computer (yes we can fix that crick in your neck). We boast a long history of success breaking through clients’ patterns of pain and imbalance and getting them back to enjoying their lives.

Margaret started in body work over 30 years ago. She began as a Certified Fitness Instructor, and shortly thereafter, and received her certification as a Personal Trainer. While working one-on-one with clients, it became apparent that she needed to expand my knowledge to care for my clients, and so continued her education.  Margaret is a graduate of the Massage Therapy Certification Program from the National University of Health Science in Lombard Illinois.* After completing her certification, she found the perfect blend for my business: Personal Training & Massage Therapy.

Through her experience in personal training, working with chiropractors, and the continuing education, Margaret delivers the latest up-to-date therapies needed to give optimal relief from pain and discomfort.

* National University’s massage therapy certification program is accredited by the Commission of Institutions of Higher Education of the North Central Association of Colleges, the Commission on Massage Therapy Accreditation, and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association Council of Schools.

Aneta Dziura

Yoga Instructor

Aneta graduated from the Yoga Teacher Training at Tribalance in 2015. As a personal trainer and swimmer, Aneta was first drawn to yoga for the physical aspects of the practice. She soon realized that her yoga mat also provided a safe space for emotional and spiritual growth. Yoga opened up Aneta in the best possible ways and she hopes to create the environment for her students to have the same opportunities. Her love for yoga helps create space for body, mind, and soul. Her teaching varies from strong, hot/power type yoga to ashtanga for beginners and restoring yin. Her classes are a great work out, and she loves to share meaningful quotes and stories to help with the work inside of one’s personal growth!
